Requirements:

• Professional experience in building and shipping production software.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies (React, TypeScript, Django, Python, GraphQL).
• Proven track record of owning features/projects beyond implementation.
• Strong product judgment and ability to work through ambiguity.
• Practical experience with AI coding agents and developing new workflows.
