• The salary range for this position is £80K - £115K plus early stage options.
• The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates in the GMT timezone.
• The engineering team is currently streaming time-series data from over 3 million wearables every second and helping major digital health companies deliver over 4 million lab tests across all 50 US states.
• The goal is to increase lab tests from 4 million to 40 million diagnostics in the next year, requiring full-stack engineers to build the next version of the diagnostics API.
• Candidates should be excited about shipping features that can significantly reduce medical bills and be curious about unpacking complex insurance incentives.
• Daily responsibilities include building customer-facing products, engaging with customers, owning full-stack features, tackling ambitious problems, and iterating quickly based on real usage.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have startup engineering experience where they influenced what to build, not just how to build it.
• A track record of building and shipping full-stack features end-to-end is required.
• The ability to turn messy or unclear problems into a clear plan is essential.
• Candidates should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend, though perfection in both is not required.
• Strong product judgment within a clear product direction is necessary.
• A focus on how people actually use the product, rather than just code elegance, is important.
• Fast iteration based on feedback and metrics is expected.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a domain with hard constraints and complex real-world edge cases.
• Proactivity in obtaining feedback from customers on shipped products is required.
