The role involves solving real-world problems through a thorough process of problem discovery, user research, user testing, and iteration.

Responsibilities include building new user-facing features end-to-end, creating generic systems for scalable workflows, optimizing the GraphQL backend, adding real-time support to notifications, and working on the early-staged design system.
You will also be involved in shipping code, conducting code reviews, and participating in product and design brainstorming sessions.
Requirements:
You have 2-5 years of experience at a relevant tech, product-driven company, ideally with 1-2 years in an early-stage startup (Seed, Series A).
You believe in the mission of making the moving experience great and understand its significance in a person's life.
You are curious and empathetic, always aiming to understand the full picture from the customer's perspective and willing to challenge your understanding to improve it.
You embrace change and are excited to propose and lead change when you have a better way.
Competencies required include understanding of relational databases, GraphQL, Python/Flask, AWS Lambdas, and basics of testing for backend; and React, React Native, GraphQL, and frontend testing for frontend.
