Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience.
Expertise in managing software engineering teams across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Proven track record in architecting and building scalable software systems using micro-services.
Exceptional Technical Prowess (ETP) and experience with event-driven architecture is a plus.
Experience with large distributed data systems.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams across multiple time zones.
Ability to attract and select the right talent and work with key stakeholders.
Courage to innovate and accept failure; startup experience is a plus.
