Description:
- Vesta is transforming the mortgage industry by creating a fully automated loan origination system using AI.
- The role involves scaling and maturing the platform to handle the entire mortgage market and setting guidelines for the engineering organization.
Requirements:
- Senior+ engineer with deep experience in scaling distributed systems and complex data dependencies.
- Proficient in C# or other statically typed languages (Kotlin, Go, Java).
- Experience with performance engineering in AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, or Elasticsearch.
- Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
- Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment with flexible schedules and occasional extra hours.
