Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience building production web applications with a Node.js + TypeScript backend and a React front end.
  • Strong PostgreSQL skills are required, including schema design, indexing, and query tuning, along with hands-on experience with Prisma or a similar ORM.
  • Applicants should be comfortable designing RESTful APIs and writing tests that run in CI/CD environments.
  • A product mindset is essential, with ownership of performance, usability, and accessibility from idea to shipping.
  • Bonus points for experience with serverless or edge deployments (AWS Lambda, Vercel, Netlify) and Terraform for IaC.
  • Familiarity with design systems (MUI or similar) and modern accessibility standards is a plus.
  • Experience with observability tooling (e.g., Sentry) and authentication flows is beneficial.
  • A background in healthcare, fintech, or other data-heavy, regulated domains is advantageous.
