The Software Engineer – Team Lead will drive technical execution and team alignment, serving as the primary technical point of contact for the team.
Responsibilities include providing technical leadership, prioritizing work, hands-on development, mentoring team members, facilitating collaboration, ensuring execution and delivery, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
The role requires participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintaining adherence to engineering best practices.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in .NET, SQL, React/TypeScript, and/or Laravel is necessary.
Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus.
A solid understanding of software design principles and patterns is required.
Experience with code reviews and collaborative development tools is essential.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills are needed.
Effective communication and strong leadership qualities are important.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is required.
Experience with DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
