Description:
- Lead the technical delivery of StarCompliance’s crypto compliance product as an Associate Director-level role.
- Oversee a small engineering team (3–5 Software Engineers) ensuring technical health, delivery outcomes, and operational sustainability.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Security, and other leaders to align product evolution with business and regulatory objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading small engineering teams and managing outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Python and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience with service-oriented or microservices-based systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure preferred).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
