Remote Software Operations Engineer

Description:

• Seeking a Software Operations Engineer to ensure health, performance, and reliability of enterprise applications on Azure, .NET, and Angular.
• Role involves application support, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and light development, focusing on system improvement and stability.
• Flexible remote or hybrid work arrangement, collaborating with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams.

Requirements:

• Schedule aligned with UK business hours (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST).
• 3–5 years of mid-level experience with .NET and C# in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including App Services and Azure Functions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across APIs, backend services, and SQL databases.
• Experience with Azure SQL/SQL Server and T-SQL queries.
• Familiarity with application monitoring using Application Insights and Log Analytics.
• Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing, including UAT support.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
