Description:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Software Support Engineers to deliver exceptional customer support.
  • Collaborate with management to drive operational improvements and monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Experience with customer support software (e.g., JSM, Zendesk) and Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Proficiency in coding (Java/Groovy or JavaScript/TypeScript) and familiarity with REST and Java APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
