Remote Solution Architect - DACH

Description:

• Engage with customer technical decision-makers to support digital transformation.
• Conduct data workshops and implement solutions aligned with customer goals.
• Drive pilots and proofs of concept to optimize solutions and costs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and campaign deployment.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers to accelerate architecture implementations.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to remediate blockers.
• Guide customer strategy and growth using Insider One solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical deployment projects and architecture.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior IT executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
• Familiarity with development methodologies and technologies (JavaScript, REST, etc.).
• Strong product command in SaaS, Marketing, Mobile Applications, or APIs.
• Proficient in English and German.
