Remote Solution Engineer (REF4931D)

Description:

• The position involves project work in an OpenText xECM SuccessFactors rollout team.
• The primary responsibility is to execute the integration between SAP SuccessFactors and OpenText xECM for SuccessFactors across more than 20 countries/legal entities.
• The company is seeking several colleagues with varying skill sets, welcoming applications from both junior and senior candidates.
• Key responsibilities include setting up the OpenText xECM SuccessFactors connection based on a global template approach while accommodating location-based individual requirements.
• The role also involves implementing interfaces, configuring workspaces, creating document templates, and establishing workflows in OpenText xECM SuccessFactors.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams in a large, international project environment is essential.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in IT roles is required.
• Candidates must possess skills in data processing and algorithm understanding.
• Programming experience is necessary, although no coding is required for the project.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript is required.
• Proficiency in scripting, particularly with PowerShell, is necessary.
• Understanding of software architecture concepts, such as SOAP communication, is required.
• Knowledge of REST/API is essential.
• Basic understanding of networking and firewalls is required.
• Familiarity with operating systems, particularly Windows, and log file analysis is necessary.
• Candidates should demonstrate a high level of structure, detail orientation, and self-organization.
• The ability to work independently in a project-driven environment is essential.
• Proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of German is considered a plus.
• Nice to have skills include SAP (including ABAP basics), SAP SuccessFactors, OpenText xECM, test case creation and troubleshooting, HR process knowledge (Onboarding, Transfers, Offboarding, Performance Management), and experience in large-scale rollouts.
