Tatum is hiring a Solutions Engineer to join a high-impact team supporting leading Web3 projects.
This hybrid role involves customer-facing technical consulting, API integration, and support escalation to help clients onboard, scale, and succeed with Tatumβs blockchain infrastructure.
The Solutions Engineer will work closely with strategic accounts, guiding integration, solving complex technical challenges, and providing key insights into the product roadmap.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing architectural solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
The role requires writing light code (scripts, SDK integrations, custom workflows) to help customers unlock the full potential of Tatum's stack.
Collaboration with engineering teams is essential to provide technical oversight and ensure alignment between architectures and development processes.
The Solutions Engineer will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, and sales to enhance the customer experience and close feedback loops faster.
Acting as the technical point of contact for customers, prospects, and partners, the engineer will recommend tools, technologies, and processes for optimal performance and scalability.
Documentation of architectures, designs, and processes is necessary to improve knowledge sharing across teams and represent the voice of the customer.
The role also involves partnering with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications, as well as stepping in to support roles as needed.
