Remote Solution Engineer

Description:

• ValGenesis is a leading digital validation platform provider for life sciences companies, used by 30 of the top 50 global pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
• As a Solution Engineer, you will uncover customer business issues, understand their problems, and find solutions using our technology suite.
• You will need to have in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and articulate the value proposition of our tools.
• The role involves collaboration with new logo account executives and strategic account partners on account opportunities.
• Responsibilities include leading discovery calls, demonstrating ValGenesis platforms, educating prospects on the value proposition, creating micro demos, presenting at conferences, and reviewing RFI/RFP requirements.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or above in chemical engineering, pharmaceutical science, chemistry, computer science, or information technology is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of industry experience in Quality, Validation, and Quality Risk Management is necessary.
• Candidates should have industry knowledge of regulatory requirements concerning validation, QRM, CPV, and QbD.
• Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11, CSA, risk analysis, and pharmaceutical manufacturing is essential.
• Proficiency with sales enablement tools such as CRM and presales platforms is required.
• An extensive understanding of computer technologies and network infrastructure is necessary.
• Knowledge of cloud computing is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Candidates must be self-motivated and willing to tackle challenges.
• The ability to cultivate ideas independently and bring a unique perspective is important.
• Team-oriented collaboration skills to partner with sales for strategizing and closing deals are required.
• Candidates should excel at presenting complex solutions in a simplified manner to end users.
• The ability to consult with clients as an expert is necessary.
