Description:
- Design and build cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions for client business challenges.
- Implement and optimize RAG systems for production use cases.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor.
- Support presales activities including discovery calls, technical proposals, and client demos.
- Own the technical direction of client engagements from discovery through delivery.
- Write clean, production-grade Python for AI integrations, backend services, and RESTful APIs.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using modern orchestration tools.
- Deploy ML and LLM-based solutions and implement MLOps practices.
- Lead architecture reviews and produce technical design documents.
- Mentor engineers and lead code reviews.
Requirements:
- Full-stack mindset with experience in AI, backend development, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proactive and self-directed with strong problem-solving skills.
- B2+ English proficiency for collaboration in multicultural teams.
- Experience in presales and client engagement, including technical relationship management.
- 7+ years of experience building and running production systems, especially LLM-based applications.
- Proficient in Python, RESTful APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices for ML and AI pipelines.
- Understanding of LLM evaluation techniques and model monitoring.
