Remote Solutions Architect

Description:

• Join Archive in their mission to change consumer shopping behavior for the better by powering circular businesses for over 50 brands globally.
• The Implementation & Success organization ensures customers are successfully onboarded and receive maximum value from the platform.
• As a Solutions Architect, you will work directly with strategic customers to lead customer discovery, platform customization, and systems integrations.
• You will leverage technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills to craft a vision for how Archive's platform enables brands to launch circular programs.
• Responsibilities include leading customer discoveries, developing implementation strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and streamlining future implementations.

Requirements:

• You must have 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a client-facing technical role, leading technical projects, or managing accounts in an enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to work directly with external customers, lead discussions, problem-solve in real time, and influence stakeholder decisions is required.
• Strong technical skills are necessary, including the ability to learn new technologies quickly and explain complex concepts to less technical audiences.
• Experience in synthesizing business, ops, and technical requirements and communicating them clearly to internal teams is essential.
• You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and be comfortable with ambiguity.
• Experience at an enterprise B2B or B2B2C SaaS company with complex implementations is a plus.
• Experience working alongside commercial teams to drive customer success and growth outcomes is also a plus.

Benefits:

• The expected annual base salary for this position ranges from $155,000 to $190,000, with compensation varying based on role level, skills, qualifications, and experience.
