The Implementation & Success organization ensures customers are successfully onboarded and receive maximum value from the platform.
As a Solutions Architect, you will work directly with strategic customers to lead customer discovery, platform customization, and systems integrations.
You will leverage technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills to craft a vision for how Archive's platform enables brands to launch circular programs.
Responsibilities include leading customer discoveries, developing implementation strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and streamlining future implementations.
Requirements:
You must have 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a client-facing technical role, leading technical projects, or managing accounts in an enterprise environment.
Proven ability to work directly with external customers, lead discussions, problem-solve in real time, and influence stakeholder decisions is required.
Strong technical skills are necessary, including the ability to learn new technologies quickly and explain complex concepts to less technical audiences.
Experience in synthesizing business, ops, and technical requirements and communicating them clearly to internal teams is essential.
You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and be comfortable with ambiguity.
Experience at an enterprise B2B or B2B2C SaaS company with complex implementations is a plus.
Experience working alongside commercial teams to drive customer success and growth outcomes is also a plus.
Benefits:
The expected annual base salary for this position ranges from $155,000 to $190,000, with compensation varying based on role level, skills, qualifications, and experience.
