Description:
- Join the Professional Services team as a Solutions Architect to design, deploy, and optimize AI infrastructure and agent systems for enterprise customers.
- Responsible for architecting scalable, secure infrastructure and building reliable agent applications that address real business problems.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer).
- 3+ years designing and deploying production infrastructure on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Strong Kubernetes experience, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm), and CI/CD pipelines.
- 1+ years building production AI/ML applications or agents with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
- Customer-facing experience with enterprise customers and strong communication skills.
