  • Constructor’s Solutions Architects are responsible for driving a diverse set of product initiatives and technical outcomes with current and prospective customers.
  • This role is crucial for customer growth and retention by providing technical expertise and strategic vision to support eCommerce and business objectives.
  • Solutions Architects will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how Constructor’s AI-Powered eCommerce Search and Product Discovery Platform can be optimized.
  • The position requires a strong technical background, effective communication skills, and problem-solving abilities to achieve sales and retention goals.
  • The Solutions Architect will support the Account Management team, Customer Success team, and Product organization, driving company strategy and product roadmap.
  • Candidates should be highly collaborative, coachable, and comfortable working across various departments.
  • The role requires developing a deep understanding of Constructor’s platform, staying updated with industry trends, and articulating the differentiation of Constructor to prospects.
  • Ideal candidates should have experience in enterprise eCommerce, Cloud technologies, data science, SaaS, solution design, and enterprise integrations.
  • The position is fully remote and requires a proactive approach to learning and a self-starter mindset.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years in technical selling and consultancy, with experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Consultant.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value and support the sales process from discovery to closing deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a resourceful and self-starting approach.
  • A genuine passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency with REST APIs and understanding of data science and analytics/statistics principles.
  • Experience with eCommerce ecosystems, AI/ML, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with different salespeople and solutions team colleagues.
  • Comfort in interacting with C-suite executives and working with system integrators and customer development teams.
