Constructor’s Solutions Architects are responsible for driving a diverse set of product initiatives and technical outcomes with current and prospective customers.
This role is crucial for customer growth and retention by providing technical expertise and strategic vision to support eCommerce and business objectives.
Solutions Architects will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how Constructor’s AI-Powered eCommerce Search and Product Discovery Platform can be optimized.
The position requires a strong technical background, effective communication skills, and problem-solving abilities to achieve sales and retention goals.
The Solutions Architect will support the Account Management team, Customer Success team, and Product organization, driving company strategy and product roadmap.
Candidates should be highly collaborative, coachable, and comfortable working across various departments.
The role requires developing a deep understanding of Constructor’s platform, staying updated with industry trends, and articulating the differentiation of Constructor to prospects.
Ideal candidates should have experience in enterprise eCommerce, Cloud technologies, data science, SaaS, solution design, and enterprise integrations.
The position is fully remote and requires a proactive approach to learning and a self-starter mindset.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3+ years in technical selling and consultancy, with experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Consultant.
Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value and support the sales process from discovery to closing deals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a resourceful and self-starting approach.
A genuine passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
Proficiency with REST APIs and understanding of data science and analytics/statistics principles.
Experience with eCommerce ecosystems, AI/ML, and JavaScript.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with different salespeople and solutions team colleagues.
Comfort in interacting with C-suite executives and working with system integrators and customer development teams.
