Description:

  • Partner with customers to design, prototype, and deliver solutions on the Mapbox platform.
  • Work with account teams to understand customer needs and ensure solution designs meet business objectives.
  • Advocate for customer needs and influence product direction while staying current on mapping and AI technologies.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in solutions architecture or customer-facing engineering.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong communication skills.
  • Proven experience with GIS, location intelligence, and geospatial data.
  • Proficiency in web and mobile technologies (JavaScript required; Swift, Kotlin, Python highly desirable).
  • Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer engagements.
