Remote Solutions Architect

• We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team.
• The role involves working directly with enterprise customers to design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI infrastructure and agent systems.
• Responsibilities include architecting scalable, secure infrastructure deployments and building reliable, well-evaluated agent applications that solve real business problems.
• This position combines software development, infrastructure/platform engineering, and customer-facing skills.
• The role requires deep technical expertise across both infrastructure and agent engineering domains, including Kubernetes cluster design and multi-agent system architecture.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer is required.
• Candidates with unusual backgrounds but the right skillsets are encouraged to apply.
• At least 3 years of experience designing and deploying production infrastructure on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) is necessary.
• Strong Kubernetes experience (GKE, EKS, or AKS) is required, including cluster design, autoscaling, and multi-zone deployments.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and GitOps practices is essential.
• Knowledge of database systems (relational databases, in-memory data stores) including HA, replication, backup strategies, and sizing is required.
• Experience designing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions is necessary.
• A strong understanding of networking, security (SSO/RBAC, TLS, secrets management), and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) is required.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications is necessary.
• At least 1 year of experience building production AI/ML applications or agents is required.
• Strong experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar) for building agent-based applications is necessary.
• Experience with state management patterns (short-term and long-term memory) is required.
• Experience designing and implementing evaluation frameworks for AI applications is necessary.
• Strong prompt engineering skills with experience in optimization and A/B testing are required.
• Experience with vector stores, RAG patterns, and knowledge organization is necessary.
• Experience with tool integration, API design, and error handling patterns is required.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript development skills are necessary.
• Customer-facing experience with enterprise customers is required.
• Experience conducting technical assessments or infrastructure audits is necessary.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences are required.

• The compensation for this position ranges from $170K to $190K.
