Description:

Join LangChain as a Solutions Architect in the Professional Services team, working with enterprise customers to design, deploy, and optimize AI infrastructure and agent systems.
Responsible for architecting scalable, secure infrastructure and building reliable agent applications that address real business challenges.

Requirements:

7+ years in technical, customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer).
3+ years designing and deploying production infrastructure on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Strong Kubernetes experience, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm), and CI/CD pipelines.
1+ years building production AI/ML applications or agents with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
Customer-facing experience with enterprise clients and strong communication skills.
