• ServiceRocket is seeking a Solutions Architect to act as a strategic advisor for customers, shaping their long-term vision using the Atlassian platform.
• The role involves delivering strategic roadmaps, guiding complex technology transformations, and maintaining trusted relationships with enterprise clients.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or as an Atlassian technical consultant.
• Proven track record in guiding technology and process changes, with experience in mentoring and delivering Atlassian solutions.
• Deep expertise in one or more domains such as Enterprise Service Management, Governance & Compliance Architecture, or Cloud Migration.
• Relevant industry certifications and multiple Atlassian Certifications are highly desirable.
