Description:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers in both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
  • Design architectures for AI and web applications, ensuring successful adoption of Vercel's platform.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a customer-facing technical role with modern web/cloud platforms.
  • Strong hands-on skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with Next.js.
  • Understanding of web performance, caching, networking, and security fundamentals.
  • Ability to discuss business outcomes with executives and technical details with developers.
  • Experience managing complex technical projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise architectures.
  • Empathy for developers and a passion for enhancing developer experience.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI-powered applications or Agentic workloads.
