The Solutions Engineer (EMEA) will be the primary contact for customers, owning the technical relationship and ensuring their success.
Responsibilities include providing solutions using existing functionality, advocating for customer use cases, troubleshooting orchestration issues, and shipping reference implementations.
The role involves participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation to provide after-hours support and contributing to documentation and enablement assets.
The Solutions Engineer will also partner on renewals and expansions, capturing feedback to influence product development and maintaining a high SLA adherence rate.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing engineering role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Engineering, or Support Engineering.
Proficiency in Python with at least 2 years of experience writing and debugging production Python, preferably in data-workflow or infrastructure contexts.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and familiarity with running containerized or serverless workloads.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot orchestration and performance issues in distributed systems.
Practical experience with workflow orchestrators like Prefect or Airflow.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Availability to work from 09:00 – 18:00 CET (UTC ± 2) and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
Fluent English communication skills at a professional (C1+) level for effective collaboration.
