Description:
- Deploy Deepgram’s voice AI platform in complex restaurant environments, ensuring technical excellence and measurable value.
- Collaborate with customer leadership and technical stakeholders to integrate the platform into their operations, while writing code and debugging issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent software engineering skills with experience in APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong commitment to customer success and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to ambiguity, and solve complex technical problems.
