Remote Solutions Engineer, Enterprise

Description:

• Deploy Deepgram’s voice AI platform in complex restaurant environments, ensuring technical excellence and measurable value.
• Collaborate with customer leadership and technical stakeholders to integrate the platform into their operations.
• Write code, debug issues, and adapt the platform to real-world constraints.
• Identify patterns across deployments to improve product and streamline future implementations.

Requirements:

• Excellent software engineering skills with experience in APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong commitment to customer success and ability to solve technical problems hands-on.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to ambiguity, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with voice AI, speech-to-text, or conversational AI systems is a plus.
