The Solutions Engineer – Physical Security will support pre-sales efforts across all territories, working closely with Account Executives to address the specific needs of physical security, executive protection, and corporate threat teams.
This role will demonstrate how DeleteMe’s platform reduces real-world threats by protecting personnel from being targeted through exposed online personal data.
Responsibilities include serving as the primary technical resource for sales conversations, collaborating with AEs to tailor demos and presentations, articulating how exposed personal data fuels real-world risks, translating physical security challenges into actionable solutions, leading responses to technical questions, supporting the development of enablement materials, staying informed on physical threat trends, and building strong cross-functional relationships.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role, focusing on physical security, executive protection, corporate threat, or public safety is required.
Familiarity with executive protection operations, GSOC functions, or high-risk personnel programs is necessary.
The candidate must be able to map online privacy risks to physical security outcomes in a way that resonates with operational buyers.
Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences, including physical security professionals and C-suite stakeholders, is essential.
Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams are required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create technical documentation and slide decks, are necessary.
The candidate should be comfortable supporting multiple territories and priorities in a fast-moving sales environment.
A background in intelligence, law enforcement, military, or corporate security is a plus.
This role requires domestic and international travel, with all standard travel expenses covered in accordance with the company's travel reimbursement policy.
