Description:

  • Hands-on Solutions Engineer role on a small, high-output GTM team.
  • Own technical aspects of deals from demos to proof-of-concept trials and integration.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of pre-sales experience as a Solutions/Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS.
  • Fluency with APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods; hands-on technical ability.
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce CX stack (e.g., Shopify, helpdesks).
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-directed with the ability to prioritize multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.
