Secoda is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their Customer team, reporting to the Head of Customer.
The role involves providing technical expertise to ensure customer success, guiding them through the implementation process, and offering tailored solutions.
The Solutions Engineer will serve as a subject matter expert on Secoda's products, understanding the technical aspects to support customer needs, including API implementation.
Responsibilities include collaborating with customers to understand their business requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, and acting as a liaison between customers and the product & engineering team.
The position also involves developing and delivering training sessions, creating documentation, and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
A strong technical background is required, with hands-on experience in Python and SQL.
The ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions is essential.
Candidates should demonstrate proven problem-solving skills, both independently and collaboratively.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
Candidates must take initiative, assume ownership of tasks, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
Proficiency in translating complex technical information into simple terms for non-technical stakeholders is essential.
