Description:

  • Join Gametime as the first AI Engineer on the Ops team, embedded within Fan Ops and Marketplace Ops.
  • Design and build production-grade workflows to automate operational tasks and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in technical operations or software engineering, with 1+ year in production LLM or agentic systems.
  • Experience creating user-friendly tools for non-engineers and coaching others in AI integration.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred experience in customer operations, ticketing, or e-commerce environments.
