Description:
- Join Protege as a Sr. Counsel, focusing on commercial contracts and data privacy in the AI sector.
- Work closely with the CLO on a variety of legal matters including data licensing agreements, NDAs, and compliance with HIPAA/CCPA/GDPR.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of legal experience in technology transactions and privacy, preferably in healthcare.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements and manage a high-volume legal queue.
- JD and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Familiarity with modern tools like Slack, Notion, and Google Drive.
