Description:

  • Benepass is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build and scale their data platform for analytics, product reporting, and operational intelligence.
  • The role involves owning the architecture and implementation of data systems, ensuring data quality, performance, and developer experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of data engineering experience with strong SQL and Python skills.
  • Hands-on experience with data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake) and transformation frameworks (dbt).
  • Experience with data replication pipelines and understanding of dimensional modeling and data quality patterns.
  • Familiarity with AWS data services and compliance requirements in regulated domains.

Benefits:

  • Base salary of $175,000 to $195,000 plus equity.
  • 95% coverage of medical, dental, and vision, along with various benefits including WFH setup, learning & development, and wellness allowances.
