Description:

  • Lead and grow the AI/ML Engineering team, managing core AI/ML platform development.
  • Collaborate with the Chief AI Officer and Product Manager on product strategy and execution.
  • Ensure reliability, observability, and performance of AI/ML systems in production.

Requirements:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years managing teams of 8+ engineers with hands-on technical leadership.
  • 8+ years in backend services, with 3+ years in AI/ML production-grade services.
  • Proficient in Java, Scala, Rust, or similar backend languages, plus Python.
  • Strong understanding of productizing ML/AI platforms and data science concepts.
