Description:
- Join BlackSky as a Senior Software Build Engineer in the Satellite Embedded Software Group (ESG).
- Responsible for end-to-end build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and internal tool integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical software infrastructure and tools.
- Contribute to software requirements and test plan support for capabilities and features.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in commercial/embedded software in a production environment.
- Expertise in Python and Bash coding, version control, and continuous integration tools (Git, GitLab, Jenkins).
- Experience with Linux toolchains and Agile/SCRUM environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible for required authorizations.
