Description:

- Seeking a Sr. Figma Design System Specialist to lead a complex Figma design system migration involving shared libraries, component hierarchies, and token architecture.
Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including files, libraries, components, and publishing workflows.
- Experience managing or rebuilding Figma shared libraries and understanding library propagation.
- Strong knowledge of design token architecture and validation of connections.
- Direct experience with Figma’s Swap Library feature in an enterprise context.
- Ability to audit complex Figma file systems and identify dependencies.
- Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and capable of working independently.
