Description:

  • Seeking a Sr Fullstack Engineer - Capacity & Matching Consultant in Brazil for a remote, high-impact consulting role.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining full-stack matching-to-transaction infrastructure, algorithmic scoring, and gateway services.

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of full-stack engineering experience, proficient in Go (backend) and React/TypeScript (frontend).
  • Experience in designing algorithmic matching frameworks and API gateway architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with Postgres, AWS, event-driven messaging, and data pipeline integration.
  • Fluent in professional English for effective cross-border collaboration.

Benefits:

  • Fixed-rate monthly compensation of $6,500-$8,000 based on experience.
  • Complete autonomy over work schedules and execution methods, with no direct people-management responsibilities.
