Requirements:
A BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Proven experience in platform engineering with a focus on agile development is essential.
Deep understanding and practical experience with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Github, and New Relic technologies are necessary.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices, such as Github Actions, Jenkins, and GitOps, is required.
Practical experience in building platforms and adopting Internal Developer Platform (IDP) is needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in dynamic environments are crucial.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multifunctional teams are mandatory.
Proven ability to provide technical leadership and mentor less experienced team members is required.
The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn diverse web technologies and techniques.
Proficiency in English or Spanish is a plus.
