Remote Sr. RPA UIPath / AI Developer

Description:

• The Sr RPA/AI Developer is an experienced developer who acts as a mentor to less experienced developers, facilitating their professional growth.
• This role involves participating in complex bot development and spearheading the adoption of best practices.
• Responsibilities include the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA bots and AI Agents.
• The position includes mentoring junior developers, resolving intricate development issues, and conducting gate approvals and code reviews.
• The developer will ensure compliance with development standards and promote modular code/component reuse.
• They will conduct demo days and actively collect customer experience feedback.
• The role also involves mentoring and fostering citizen developers.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have an active Secret or DHS Clearance.
• A Bachelor's degree is required along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in RPA development roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions in line with business needs is essential.
• Preferred certifications include UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification and Azure/AWS Certified Administrator.
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration are necessary.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is required.
• Candidates should be comfortable with remote work and proficient in remote collaboration tools.
