Remote Sr. Security Engineer

Description:

• Join Buyers Edge Platform as a Sr. Security Engineer, responsible for enhancing the organization's security strategy.
• Work remotely and contribute to a growing Cyber Security team in a leading technology company.

Requirements:

• Four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in a security-related position, with at least 2 years in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of system administration experience and 2+ years working with AWS in production.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO27001, PCI-DSS, and OWASP frameworks.
• Experience in a SOC2 environment and knowledge of security benchmarking (CIS Standards).
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Bash, Python, Perl, GO, Ruby).
• Experience with security monitoring tools (SIEM, Vulnerability Management, IDS) and prevention systems (IPS, EDR, WAF, Next-gen Firewalls).
