Description:
- Senior Backend Engineer on the Personal Loans team, responsible for borrower-facing experiences from rate check to funding.
- Build and maintain applications using modern web and mobile technologies, impacting conversion and borrower satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences and own projects from design to launch.
Requirements:
- BS in EE/CS with 8+ years or MS in EE/CS with 6+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with automated testing and system observability.
- Active use of AI coding assistants and a proactive approach to project ownership.
