Description:
- Join Care.com as a Sr. Software Engineer on the Search & Match team to build scalable backend systems.
- Lead AI-driven initiatives from concept to production, enhancing discovery, ranking, and matching for users.
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of software engineering experience with proven AI/ML application in production.
- Strong skills in Java, Spring, Kafka, Docker, SQL, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and databases (relational/NoSQL).
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and drive ambiguous problems to measurable outcomes.
Benefits:
