Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop end-to-end features, leading technical design discussions, analyzing and optimizing code, managing project priorities, and fostering team cohesion across geographical boundaries.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
Experience in leading and mentoring junior developers is required.
Expert proficiency with Python / Django is essential.
Strong proficiency with ReactJS, JavaScript, and PHP is necessary.
A strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, web infrastructure, and automated testing and deployment tools is required.
In-depth experience with cloud-based services, particularly AWS, is needed.
Experience with various database technologies such as Postgres, OpenSearch, and Redis is required.
Familiarity with distributed data technologies like RabbitMQ and Celery is necessary.
Knowledge of digital advertising is a plus.
The role may involve occasional travel for in-person collaboration and meetings.
