Description:

Design and build features across CSM Playbooks and customer service workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
Own complex components end to end, collaborating with product, design, and platform teams to enhance customer-facing processes with AI.

Requirements:

5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven record of technical direction.
Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants, LLM APIs, and building autonomous workflows.
Proficient in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and system design, APIs, and data modeling.
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
