Description:

Responsible for ensuring Databricks is a reliable, secure, scalable, and operationally mature platform for enterprise use.
Focus on platform operations, including reliability, observability, deployment standards, and platform enablement patterns.

Requirements:

12+ years of experience in data platform engineering, platform operations, or site reliability engineering.
Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms in production.
Experience with CI/CD, environment promotion, and deployment automation for data platforms.
Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, incident management, and reliability engineering.
Experience with compute policy design and secure production execution on cloud platforms.
Ability to work in regulated environments with strong access control and operational discipline.
Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders.

Salary range: $180,000 - $270,000 per year, plus bonus and equity.
Full-time regular employee benefits package, including temporary benefits after 60 days.
