Description:

Lead the design, training, and deployment of ML models for cash flow underwriting and credit decisions.
Build and deploy machine learning systems using transactional and behavioral data.
Own end-to-end problem-solving from framing questions to production models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop ML solutions for business problems.
Connect model performance to member outcomes and business metrics.
Set technical direction for Lending ML and mentor team members.

Requirements:

Proven experience in designing and deploying deep learning models in production.
Strong machine learning fundamentals and hands-on experience across the ML lifecycle.
Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
Familiarity with ML infrastructure tools such as AWS, SageMaker, and Airflow.
Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and communicate effectively.
Nice-to-have: Experience with credit models, cash flow underwriting, and transformer models.
