• Seeking a highly motivated Staff AI / Machine Learning Scientist focused on Conversational AI.

Requirements:

• PhD or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, AI, Computer Science).
• 8+ years of experience in machine learning and NLP, with 4+ years in Conversational AI.
• Advanced knowledge of agentic frameworks and experience in building autonomous systems.
• Proven track record in leading AI initiatives from design to implementation.
• Excellent mentoring skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with conversational interfaces in complex domains is a plus.
