Description:
- Join the Conversational AI team at ServiceNow as a Staff AI-Native DevOps Engineer, focusing on the build, deployment, and reliability of the ServiceNow Otto conversational AI platform.
- Collaborate with applied scientists and software engineers to enhance AI-native delivery through CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure on Kubernetes, and operational tooling.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure engineering, or DevOps.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native applications, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation with tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go or Python, and experience with AI technologies including LLMs and Generative AI.
- Experience in deploying and operating containerized applications in production environments.
