Description:

Develop and optimize AI models and training systems for robotics applications.
Collaborate with engineering team to design, implement, and iterate on large-scale AI models.

Requirements:

7+ years of AI modeling experience in the self-driving car industry or PhD with 3+ years.
Proven track record in developing and deploying large-scale ML models, particularly using diffusion and autoregressive techniques.
Familiarity with training inference and infrastructure pipelines for robotics.
Experience with reinforcement learning, model debugging, optimization, and performance tuning.
Proficient in PyTorch, Python, NodeJS/Typescript, and Docker.

Salary range of $250,000 to $300,000, based on experience.
