Description:

- The role involves owning backend systems, including data models, workflows, and APIs for dispatch, ticketing, and settlements.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Rails or a comparable backend framework.
- Ability to think in systems and design scalable solutions.
- Experience modeling workflows with unreliable sources of truth.
- High ownership and daily use of AI coding tools.
- Preferred: Debugging production issues and background in logistics, ops, payments, or fintech.
