Description:
- Founding Data Engineer for the Data Engineering team at Payabli, focusing on building foundational data architecture and pipelines.
- Responsible for architecting the platform, building reliable data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and enabling AI/ML analytics.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in building production data systems with a strong architectural background.
- Expert in SQL and proficient in Python.
- Deep experience in modern lakehouse/warehouse ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
- Strong data modeling skills and experience with pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow).
- Production experience on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and familiarity with sensitive data handling.
- High technical standards and ability to influence and improve team performance.
